Through our 1:1 coaching approach, we focus on a holistic development process that supports leaders in aligning their inner strengths with their outward actions. This method not only builds self-awareness but also empowers leaders to embody their roles with authenticity and purpose.

Daniel Ahlers

Managing Partner and Director (Switzerland)
Professional Integral Coach®

In addition to 1-on-1 coaching, Daniel’s passion and talents for developing others lead him to also be a teacher and mentor on the coach training programmes run by the Centre for Coaching, as well as running in-house coaching workshops, Coaching Circles and leadership development interventions for blue-chip clients all over the world. Daniel also supports organisations in the design and implementation of leadership, coaching and mentoring interventions on both local and global levels.

Having spent 15 years in the corporate world and 10 years with entrepreneurial ventures, Daniel appreciates that success comes from our capacity to engage those around us. He is passionate about catalysing  leaders to unleash their inner potential, in order to meet their goals while developing confidence, connection and authentic leadership. His forte is working with people undergoing transformational shifts, on an individual or organisational level, supporting them in building the sustainable and self-correcting capacity necessary to succeed.

Practicing for the last 10 years, he has accumulated over 1000 hours of 1-on-1 and team coaching, focusing on executives and senior managers within large SMEs and NGOs.

Janine has over 3,000 coaching hours logged. She is a founding member of both the Coaches & Mentors Society of SA (COMENSA) and the Coach Educators and Training Association of South Africa (CETASA).

Janine has been coaching primarily to blue-chip senior executives who are often working on strategic, leadership and relationship challenges. Her clients span a wide range of geographies and nationalities, from South Africans to clients from Australasia, Central Asia, East and Western Europe, UK, Japan, Turkey, Dubai, Singapore, East and West Africa and the full Southern African region.

Her work in multinationals has allowed her to develop a keen appreciation for the challenges facing leaders who operate in multi-cultural global organisations. She has frequently facilitated top team interventions and specialises in coaching and facilitating teams towards improved cohesion and performance.  She works with a coaching style, always with an eye on the agreed desired strategic outcomes.

Her top team coaching/facilitation work includes organisations such as ABSA, Barclays Africa (Mauritius), BAT (SA, London, Kazakhstan, Dubai, Ukraine, Australia), Pearson, PMI (SA, Portugal, Switzerland), Toyota Tsusho Africa.

Michele Stoudmann

Professional Integral Coach®

Through her coaching, Michele accompanies her clients in their questioning and exploration, guiding them towards greater clarity and possibility in all aspects of their lives.

Since 2005, Michele has been exploring the field of personal development, holistic therapies and the role of emotions on both the mind and the body. She is both a certified EFT Therapist and an Accredited Senior Journey® Practitioner. Michele’s experience, both corporate and with private clients, has given her a deep appreciation of multicultural challenges, of the richness of interpersonal work with clients, and of the uniqueness and potential residing in each human being.

Michele completed her training as a certified EFT Therapist in April 2008 and as an Accredited Journey® Practitioner in June 2010. She is an active member of Soroptimist International, a worldwide service organisation working to improve the lives of women and girls.

Once a coaching need is identified, we initiate a streamlined process to connect coachees with the right coach.

In addition to our Directors listed above, each coachee will be offered to choose from 4 to 6 coaches, chosen based on their organisational level and specific coaching needs. If needed, a 20-minute virtual chemistry session can be arranged with two shortlisted coaches to help finalise their decision. Once selected, we formalise the engagement in our coach management system. The chosen coach then directly contacts the coachee to set up an intake session, define coaching goals, and initiate the program with tailored practices and self-observations.
