Managing Partner (Switzerland & South Africa) Integral Coach ® Academic Director of Centre for Coaching Senior Lecturer at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business New Ventures West Senior Faculty Member
Janine is a certified Professional Integral Coach® and Master Certified Coach. She is a Managing Partner and Academic Director of the Center for Coaching, a specialised centre at the Graduate School of Business (GSB), University of Cape Town. She also holds the position of Senior Lecturer at the GSB, lecturing in Coaching and Leadership Development to MBA and Executive Education students. She publishes research papers, speaks at academic peer-reviewed conferences, and has co-authored books and articles on the topic of coaching in leadership development.
Janine designs, lectures and facilitates courses and Coaching Workshops, Coaching Circles and Leadership Development Interventions for blue-chip clients all over the world. She consults to organisations and teams on the design and implementation of coaching cultures and transformation processes.
Janine has over 3,000 coaching hours logged. She is a founding member of both the Coaches & Mentors Society of SA (COMENSA) and the Coach Educators and Training Association of South Africa (CETASA). She is a senior faculty member of New Ventures West (USA) and one of a handful of coaches accredited to deliver their programmes world-wide.
Janine also has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Witwatersrand (Johannesburg), a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources) from the University of the Witwatersrand Business School, a Licentiate from the Royal Schools of Music (Violin Teaching), a Master in Business Administration from the UCT Graduate School of Business.
Janine lives in Cape Town, South Africa, with her of 2 children. She speaks English and French. Prior to her corporate and leadership consulting career, Janine held a number of musical positions in the National Orchestra. She continues to play the violin in orchestras and quartets whenever possible.
Daniel is a Certified Professional Integral Coach®, experienced Facilitator and a Managing Partner and Director of Centre for Coaching Switzerland. In addition to 1-on-1 coaching, his passion and talents for developing others lead him to also be a teacher and mentor on the coach training programmes run by the Centre for Coaching, as well as running in-house coaching workshops, Coaching Circles and leadership development interventions for blue-chip clients all over the world. In addition, he supports organisations in the design and implementation of leadership, coaching and mentoring interventions on both local and global levels.
Having spent 15 years in the corporate world and 10 years with entrepreneurial ventures, Daniel appreciates that success comes from our capacity to engage those around us. He is passionate about catalysing leaders to unleash their inner potential, in order to meet their goals while developing confidence, connection and authentic leadership. His forte is working with people undergoing transformational shifts, on an individual or organisational level, supporting them in building the sustainable and self-correcting capacity necessary to succeed.
Practicing for the last 10 years, he has accumulated over 1000 hours of 1-on-1 and team coaching, focusing on executives and senior managers within large SMEs and NGOs.
Daniel has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science & Chemistry and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Business Information Systems from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
Daniel was born in South Africa and lives close to Geneva, Switzerland, he speaks English and French. He is married with 2 children and enjoys practicing martial arts, golf, ski-touring and mountaineering.
Academic Programmes Director Switzerland Integral Coach®
Michele Stoudmann is a Certified Professional Integral Coach®, and the Director of Academic Programmes for the Centre for Coaching (Switzerland).
Through her coaching, Michele accompanies her clients in their questioning and exploration, guiding them towards greater clarity and possibility in all aspects of their lives.
Since 2005, Michele has been exploring the field of personal development, holistic therapies and the role of emotions on both the mind and the body. She is both a certified EFT Therapist and an Accredited Senior Journey® Practitioner. Michele’s experience, both corporate and with private clients, has given her a deep appreciation of multicultural challenges, of the richness of interpersonal work with clients, and of the uniqueness and potential residing in each human being.
Michele completed her training as a certified EFT Therapist in April 2008 and as an Accredited Journey® Practitioner in June 2010. She is an active member of Soroptimist International, a worldwide service organisation working to improve the lives of women and girls.
Michele spent 10 years in a corporate environment, working for the Development Bank of Southern Africa (Johannesburg) in Public Relations as an editor and translator.
Michele has a Master of Arts (Translation) from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
Based in Switzerland since 1993, she is fluent in both English and French and is a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation (PCC). She is also an active member of Soroptimist International, a worldwide service organisation working to improve the lives of women and girls.
She is married, with two adult children, and enjoys music, yoga, skiing, reading, salsa and cinema.
Daniel Beukes is a director of the Centre for Coaching at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business (GSB). He has extensive international experience of working with senior managers and their teams helping them to define and address organisational development needs in a way that sustains positive change.
Daniel has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services and banking sector. He has worked with SANLAM as a legal consultant and sales manager, and with Absa Brokers as a Regional and National Sales Manager. As a result of his deep interest in leadership and organisational development he retrained mid-career as an Organisational Development Consultant and Professional Coach. During his career transition, Daniel worked both as an Organisational Development Consultant for Absa Business Bank and as an Associate with the Centre for Coaching. In 2011 he co-founded The Abilene Project an organisational effectiveness consultancy and in 2016 he joined the Centre for Coaching as a director.
As an Executive Coach, Daniel works mostly with executives preparing for transformational change, improving their team’s impact and effectiveness, and developing the leadership capabilities critical to their success.
His training in working with groups includes a two-year training programme (recognised by the Institute of Group Analysis in London) at Ububele, The African Psychotherapy Resource Centre in Kew, Johannesburg. Daniel also trained as a group process consultant with the Unisa Centre for Industrial and Organisational Psychology and attended numerous group relations working conferences including the Robben Island Diversity Experience (RIDE).
Daniel is currently enrolled for the 2-year Post-Graduate Certification Training in Mindfulness-Based Interventions. The course is a joint initiative by the Stellenbosch University’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and IMISA (Institute of Mindfulness South Africa)
He certified as an Integral Coach through the Centre for Coaching (GSB) and New Ventures West (USA).
Phetsile Dlamini
Phetsile Dlamini is a PCC certified integral coach through New Ventures West (NVW) and University of Cape Town (UCT) Graduate School of Business (GSB) Centre for Coaching (CfC). She is an Associate to the CfC, facilitating and coaching individuals and groups. She is part of the faculty and co-facilitates their leadership development programmes, workshops and 6-month public and private Coaching for Development course. She also mentors on the year-long PCC course. Phetsile has been formally involved in coaching since 2015 when she enrolled on the Associate Coaching Course. She has worked on team effectiveness and cohesiveness interventions, developing a diverse and inclusive culture in both teams and on an organisational level.
Nothemba Mxenge
Nothemba Mxenge is a PCC certified Integral Coach® through USA-based New Ventures West and the UCT Graduate School of Business’ Centre for Coaching. She is also a qualified Results Coaching System Coach, a Multiple Brain Integration Coach and a certified Enneagram Practitioner.
Nothemba has over 2,500 hours of coaching various corporate clients, from directors and senior executives to first-line managers. Her corporate coaching has focused on leadership development, culture transformation, managing team dynamics and conflict, managing diversity, etc.
