Janine is a certified Professional Integral Coach® and Master Certified Coach. She is a Managing Partner and Academic Director of the Center for Coaching, a specialised centre at the Graduate School of Business (GSB), University of Cape Town. She also holds the position of Senior Lecturer at the GSB, lecturing in Coaching and Leadership Development to MBA and Executive Education students. She publishes research papers, speaks at academic peer-reviewed conferences, and has co-authored books and articles on the topic of coaching in leadership development.

Janine designs, lectures and facilitates courses and Coaching Workshops, Coaching Circles and Leadership Development Interventions for blue-chip

Janine has over 3,000 coaching hours logged. She is a founding member of both the Coaches & Mentors Society of SA (COMENSA) and the Coach Educators and Training Association of South Africa (CETASA). She is a senior faculty member of New Ventures West (USA) and one of a handful of coaches accredited to deliver their programmes world-wide.

Janine also has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Witwatersrand (Johannesburg), a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources) from the University of the Witwatersrand Business School, a Licentiate from the Royal Schools of Music (Violin Teaching), a Master in Business Administration from the UCT Graduate School of Business.

Janine lives in Cape Town, South Africa, with her of 2 children. She speaks English and French.  Prior to her corporate and leadership consulting career, Janine held a number of musical positions in the National Orchestra. She continues to play the violin in orchestras and quartets whenever possible.

Daniel is a Certified Professional Integral Coach®, experienced Facilitator and a Managing Partner and Director of Centre for Coaching Switzerland. In addition to 1-on-1 coaching, his passion and talents for developing others lead him to also be a teacher and mentor on the coach training programmes run by the Centre for Coaching, as well as running in-house coaching workshops, Coaching Circles and leadership development interventions for blue-chip clients all over the world. In addition, he supports organisations in the design and implementation of leadership, coaching and mentoring interventions on both local and global levels.

Having spent 15 years in the corporate world and 10 years with entrepreneurial ventures, Daniel appreciates that success comes from our capacity to engage those around us. He is passionate about catalysing  leaders to unleash their inner potential,

Practicing for the last 10 years, he has accumulated over 1000 hours of 1-on-1 and team coaching, focusing on executives and senior managers within large SMEs and NGOs.

Daniel has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science & Chemistry and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Business Information Systems from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Daniel was born in South Africa and lives close to Geneva, Switzerland, he speaks English and French. He is married with 2 children and enjoys practicing martial arts, golf, ski-touring and mountaineering.

Michele Stoudmann

Integral Coach®

Michele Stoudmann is a Certified Professional Integral Coach®, and the Director of Academic Programmes for the Centre for Coaching (Switzerland).

Through her coaching, Michele accompanies her clients in their questioning and exploration, guiding them towards greater clarity and possibility in all aspects of their lives.

Since 2005, Michele has been exploring the field of personal development, holistic therapies and the role of emotions on both the mind and the body. She is both a certified EFT Therapist and an Accredited Senior Journey® Practitioner. Michele’s experience, both corporate and with private clients, has given her a deep appreciation of multicultural challenges, of the richness of interpersonal work with clients, and of the uniqueness and potential residing in each human being.

Michele completed her training as a certified EFT Therapist in April 2008 and as an Accredited Journey® Practitioner in June 2010. She is an active member of Soroptimist International, a worldwide service organisation working to improve the lives of women and girls.

Michele spent 10 years in a corporate environment, working for the Development Bank of Southern Africa (Johannesburg) in Public Relations as an editor and translator.

Michele has a Master of Arts (Translation) from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Based in Switzerland since 1993, she is fluent in both English and French and is a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation (PCC). She is also an active member of Soroptimist International, a worldwide service organisation working to improve the lives of women and girls.

She is married, with two adult children, and enjoys music, yoga, skiing, reading, salsa and cinema.
