What makes the Centre for Coaching’s coaches world-class?
Integral Coaching for your leaders and teams with the Centre for Coaching
Decades of coaching leaders from all backgrounds has shown us that simply working harder does not result in greater productivity. Professionals who are attuned to their habits and blind spots, curious about those around them, and focused on what is meaningful to them tend to make the most valuable contributions.
Supporting your leaders with a dedicated 1-1 integral coach will provide them with the support they need to be simultaneously more effective and fulfilled in their roles. An integral approach to coaching fundamentally helps to develop the capacity in people to live and work in a more harmonious, co-creative and integrated way to deliver excellent results
Leading effectively in a VUCA world: Today’s leaders find themselves pulled in dozens of directions within uncertain, ambiguous and often volatile business environments. To lead effectively, we must be able to respond freshly to each situation that arises while maintaining contact with our own values and integrity.
It is possible to develop—and sustain—this way of being as a leader. Our experienced professional integral coaches are skilled in designing the kind of dedicated coaching programme that will help you face each day, each interaction, and each demand with greater spaciousness, authenticity and effectiveness.
An Integral Approach
The Integral approach builds the capacity to develop a professional relationship that is grounded in mutual trust and respect directed toward a set of clear outcomes, guided by presence, and informed by broad models about what it means to be a human being. An Integral coach will support you to build a deep awareness of yourself and your life, and create practical steps to move forward in life.
The purpose of coaching is to shift behaviour because that in turn leads to new outcomes. Two of the ways that Integral coaches support their coachees in making behaviour shifts is through language and practices (habitual patterns of behaviour involving the body), thus allowing a broadening of the coachee’s view of themselves and their world over the long-term.
This results in greater clarity, courage and capability not only in how you engage with the issue you came in with, but in how you engage with life.
