Mentoring and Supervision

Community of Practice

The Centre for Coaching aims to build a thriving Community of Practice in collaboration with its certified mentor and supervisor-trained coaches. This initiative is designed to create a dedicated space for Integral Coaches who have successfully completed the six-month CfD (ACC???) programme.

The Community of Practice will:

  • support ongoing learning
  • promote professional development
  • provide alumni with opportunities to deepen their coaching skills through structured mentoring and supervision sessions.

These sessions will be facilitated by trained mentors and supervisors with Integral Coach training and an in-depth understanding of the models used in CfD programmes.
