** All students who successfully complete any of our certification programmes receive a course certificate from both the Centre for Coaching as well as the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business Executive Education department
The following programmes offered by the Centre for Coaching are all accredited through UCT’s Graduate School of Business:
Leadership Conversations is a series of short courses designed to develop leaders holistically & amplify leadership conversation skills.
Here is what our client says about the series: “The programme had a direct impact on business performance by improving the sense of purpose, identifying one’s contribution to problems and solutions, and giving a new language to deal with daily issues. We improved decision-making, prioritisation, and collaboration, directly impacting our business performance.”
Coaching for Development (CfD): the six-month programme in the study and application of Integral Coaching.
Read the feedback given by Tim Borland CfD2021: “This has been a truly life-changing experience for me. Excellent course outlay, design and flow. The intensity time, followed by regular breaks, was brilliant. The frequency of breakout groups with different people was great. The pace of the days was excellent. “Diving” into coaching practice was the best way to get started! Organisation and staying on time were absolutely brilliant. Faculty presentations and method of teaching were brilliant.”
Professional Coaching Course (PCC): building on CfD, a year-long transformative, thorough and rigorous coaching certification programme.
Åsa Maria Granados: “PCC is an in-depth journey of human discovery. Discovery of SELF and discovery of THE OTHER. Our modern western society has conditioned us to look for answers outside, to find meaning and validation in the external world, when, in fact, one needs to start WITHIN. True and lasting transformation starts with(in) the individual, at the individual level. Coaching, at its core, is about the art (and science) of masterful INQUIRY, formulating powerful and timely questions that have the possibility to change or expand a person’s perspective and way of seeing and showing up in the world. PCC equips you for this process, robustly. It enables you, not only to uncover the many layers and the armour that you did not know you had built up over a lifetime yourself, and how to proceed purposefully and impactfully with this new awareness, but it simultaneously prepares you to activate and enable this transformative process for others. What a privilege.
The course design and delivery are world class, the level of detail and the rigour rare. I would recommend PCC to anyone who is seriously curious about the human condition and who seeks to unlock and unleash human potential, for themself and for others.”
