New Ventures West: one of the leading coach training schools in the USA, founded in 1987 and now present on 5 continents, is based in San Francisco. NVW holds an internationally recognized and acclaimed position in the market. The NVW faculty includes people with backgrounds in sociology, philosophy, psychology, business, cognitive science, anthropology and integral studies, to name a few.

Its courses form part of the GSB Executive Education suite of offerings and are informed by both academic rigour and coaching practice. The Centre is located at the GSB Campus, Cape Town, South Africa and integrates seamlessly into the tertiary institution’s activities.

Corporate interventions & solutions: The Centre for Coaching offers in-house and customised coaching and leadership development programmes for organisations wishing to transform or introduce and embed a coaching culture. One-on-one coaching interventions are also offered using our pool of certified coaches, all of whom have been trained in the NVW Integral methodology.

Associate Coach Network: The Centre for Coaching uses a satellite business model to deliver on large projects. A select, hand-picked group of professional coaches, trained through our methodology, and contracted to us with stringent service level agreements, is constantly on standby, ready for deployment as and when necessary.
